These stories provide insight into the pathways these individuals have traveled, and important information about factors that contributed to their success. These interviews are cataloged on our website to provide access so that male youth and young professionals can gain insight into the stories of these inspirational leaders and accomplished professionals. My Brother will also provide a network through which our target audience can network and connect with resources that can support and help guide their journey towards success.

Dr. Frazier Wilson takes us through his journey from being born in Mississippi, to his upbringing in Illinois, and his migration back to the south to attend an HBCU and ultimately settle down to establish a family and career. He has had a longstanding career at Shell Oil Company, starting out as an accountant, before transitioning into leadership roles following a stint as a special education high school teacher. His role in the company now focuses on Shell's efforts towards workforce development and expounding on diversity as a strength.

Geoff Green grew up in southern California and embarked on a journey that led to a highly successful corporate career in marketing, before he ultimately transitioned to private enterprise where he got involved in the telecommunications business. He ultimately sold his business and now runs a private equity firm that invests in real estate, business startups, and other private ventures.

Mitch Marcel transitioned from a corporate career to becoming an entrepreneur in the field of logistics, where he was a partner and head of operations for a mid-size logistics firm prior to buying out his partners just ahead of the 2008 financial crisis. He would later sell the legacy business, and launch a new business via reinvention and repositioning of the company's industry focus.
